Join us on Saturday, April 24, 2027, at Hill-Murray School for the 2027 Pioneer Premier Auction: An Evening at the Pioneer Ranch!
Create your own one-of-a-kind custom cowboy hat at our exclusive Cowboy Hat Bar. All materials, branding, and accessories will be provided to help you design a hat that's uniquely yours. The Hat Bar will be open during the Silent Auction for customizations and will remain available throughout the After Party, giving you plenty of time to create the perfect hat.
Reserve your cowboy hat today by purchasing this product. Pre-purchasing is the best way to guarantee your preferred hat color. Hats will also be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.
You can choose between:
- Vegan Wool Hat: Hat, branding, & accessories provided
- BOYH: Bring Your Own Hat- branding, & accessories provided
A portion of every hat purchase will be donated to Friends of Hill-Murray!
When checking out, please select Local Pickup to avoid shipping charges.
How it works at the Hat Bar:
1. Pick your hat.
2. Select your items to adorn the hat.
3. Jancyn will put your hat together.
4. Do a happy dance, you now have a one of a kind hat!
Wide Brim Hats: You will be creating a hat with a beautifully rad hat band. If you like, please feel free to bring items you feel would fit nicely on your hat (ie: pieces of a wedding dress, grandma's old jewelry, feathers from a recent harvest, anything you can think of). Real wool hats brand the best! Branding is included in your reservation fee.

Vegan Wool Hat: We provide the felt, wide brim hat for you to embellish at the Hat Bar. Brands well, but is synthetic so will vary in color. Various colors and styles available. First come first serve.

BYOH: Bring Your Own Hat and you can pick items from the Hat Bar to embellish your own hat you bring in. There will also be hats for sale if you like to purchase a wool hat and bring that one to the Hat Bar. Your hat must be structured and not floppy. If it is too worn out the tied-on decor will not stay on as intended.

No refunds. Please send someone in your place if you are not able to make it. If we do not get the spaces filled we will cancel the class and refund your fee or you can come into the shop in Stoddard, WI and build your hat at our permanent Hat Bar or opt for a virtual Hat Bar via FaceTime with Jancyn from Moon Child Collective!
