Note: We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.


Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a Gift Card, E-Gift card or discount code.
  • For in store purchases, we must receive your return within 7 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. If you cannot make it into our physical store please feel free to mail it to 141 S Main Street, Stoddard, WI 54658 to meet that 7 day return period. You are responsible for this return postage and will not be refunded for that. Please note, we have fitting rooms that are always open during store hours and you are more than welcome to use them to try pieces on before you purchase them. :) 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include a copy of your receipt slip with the return. 
  • Online order returns must be received within 7 calendar days of receiving your online order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our store.  The 7 days starts from the day the order was deemed delivery by the tracking number. Returns older than 7 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Sale/discounted items, Owner's Closet items, candles, hat bar purchases, and body care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

In store returns will receive a paper gift certificate. Online orders can expect an emailed E-Gift card or discount code within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our store.

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

May I make a return past the 7 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept items past the 7 day return policy for store credit. If online order items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $15 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 
  • All hats + hat bar purchases
  • All candles
  • All lip balm + lip scrub
  • All bodysuits and lingerie 
  • All sale items (Clearance and Last Call)
  • All Owner's Closet items
If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.


If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. Please note for in store purchases, we have fitting rooms that are always open during store hours and you are more than welcome to use them to try pieces on before you purchase them. :) 

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
