What you can expect from Moon Child Collective Custom Hat Bar Experience:
- We will provide all materials (hat included unless the guest reserves a BYOH option) and branding. I will also bring add-ons (hat care kits, hat pins, hat filler, etc) that will be available for additional purchase. Trucker hats cannot be branded. Not all hats can be branded.
- I will arrive approximately 1 hour early to set up the Hat Bar. If you have folding tables please let me know below, otherwise I can bring them. I do not provide chairs for guests, but you definitely can! Mostly people just mingle while I work on their hat.
- I will put each hat together. This will take a little time, so we may want people to filter through throughout the time period so people aren't waiting too long. Guests are also encouraged to shop your store if you're hosting this at your shop/business.

- We will help you promote the event- when you tag us in your posts, we will share them. Adding us as a co-host on your facebook event will also help! Here are some images of ours that you are welcome to use for promotional purposes as well.
- The week of your Hat Bar pop-up I will reach out to discuss details: event space, tables, parking, set-up times, ETA.
- Pricing is as follows (plus applicable tax). If you've requested to include the travel fee into your guests hat pricing, prices will be different.:
What Moon Child Collective expects from you:
- Select a date at least 30 days from now so we both have time to advertise your event and make it a success! It can be helpful to put a poll out there to your followers before booking your date to see which day of the week they prefer. Also keep in mind any events you have coming up at your shop or in your community that this type of thing may compliment. Click here to see dates I am already on the road with the hat bar and will definitely not be able to make work.
- Pay the $68 non-refundable fee. This insures you promote the event properly on your end- we need 10 people for wide brim hats only, 20 for trucker hats only, or 15 for combination of all types of hats signed up or the event does not happen. It is substantial work to pack up and haul my hat bar to your location, hire someone to run the shop in Stoddard while I'm away, have the hat bar away from our b+m, and travel to your location. This fee is your investment into this ensuring the event is properly advertised. Without proper advertisement we may not get the number of guests required for the event to happen. If we do get the required amount of guests then your $68 fee will get you a $68 voucher to use (one Vegan Wool Hat + Hat Bar, $68 off a wool hat + hat bar, or 2 trucker hats ) at your event for you to use. If you do not get the required amount of reservations, the event is cancelled and your $68 deposit is forfeited. You will need to refill out the request form and pay the $68 fee again to book a new date.
- Once you've paid your $68 deposit and receive your link from Moon Child Collective to where people can reserve their spot, your event is confirmed.
- Once your event is confirmed, please create a facebook event with a link to this product where guests can reserve their spot on my website. (Guests must pay in advance to secure their spot.)
- Make Moon Child Collective a co-host of the Facebook event.
- We need a minimum of 10 guests for wide brim hats only,
a minimum of 20 guests for trucker hats only, minimum of 15 guests for combination of all types of hats. A session is about a two hour time slot. We can have multiple sessions if we see fit.

Post about the event at least once a week on your platforms (social media post/story, blog post, etc.) until the event is full. Please tag me in these so I can share them and help promote! Maybe post a sign in your shop with a QR code with the link to reserve their spot?

Travel Fee: We will require a travel fee for events outside of 25 miles (one way by car) from 141 S. Main St., Stoddard, WI 54658. The fee is $0.50 per mile roundtrip to cover our costs of the extended travel to deliver to you the best Hat Bar in the tristate! This fee is refundable in the event that the event is canceled. I can also build this price into the hat fee per person if you prefer. This travel fee is separate from the $68 non-refundable fee upon booking your hat bar.

Non-Compete Agreement
By submitting this inquiry form below, you acknowledge and agree that you will not replicate, create, or operate your own hat bar business—or offer hat bar services as part of your business—for a period of 18 months from the date of submission. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting, promoting, or selling custom hats in a live, interactive, or mobile setting that resembles the Moon Child Collective Hat Bar and/or Branding Bar experience.This helps protect the originality and creative integrity of Moon Child Collective's brand and services.
