Glam Garage Sale

You've asked and we've listened! My Owner's Closet rack has prompted many of you to ask if I would sell your gently used clothing and here is your opportunity! I have reserved the Stoddard American Legion Post #315 414 Bradway St., Stoddard, WIfor the GLAM GARAGE SALE happening Saturday, April 5th, 2025! This weekend is designated for us to sell your gently used clothing, jewelry, bags, shoes, and wearable accessories. 

How it will work:

1. Go through your closets, dressers, storage and purge the men/women's/youth clothing/jewelry/shoes/bags/wallets/wearable accessories you no longer utilize and would like to try to sell. There is not a minimum or maximum number of items you are allowed to bring- big or small we will try to sell it all!
   Absolutely no household items, baby clothes/toys please.
2. Make sure these items are in sellable condition. The better (steamed/ironed, not dirty/stinky) the items are the more probable they will sell!  [i.e: you would want to buy it if you found it at a thrift store; clean; not damaged; smelling good, not wrinkly.] The better your items look the more $ you will make. 
3. Purchase this product to claim your spot to bring clothes. Select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout to avoid paying unnecessary shipping. Each individual adult selling clothes must check out with this product individually- This event costs Moon Child Collective money so this fee counter acts those costs. 
4. Bring them to the Stoddard American Legion Hall Friday, April 4th. Times TBD- you must enter your email at checkout with this product so you can get all the updates and communication. 
5. When you get to the Legion Hall with your items you will tag, price and hang/display all of your items. You will be assigned an individual # so we can cut you a check at the end of the sale day.
6. Saturday we will have the Legion Hall staffed for the big indoor GLAM GARAGE SALE from 9am-2pm. Saturday people will be able to come shop all your goods so tell everyone! Share our facebook event, bring a group of gals to come shop the sale and Moon Child Collective that day!
7. You will need to come pick up any of your remaining items and your check that Saturday from 2-6pm.  Items left past that time will be donated to to anywhere but Goodwill. NO HOLDS- if you can't make it send someone to get your stuff. 
8. Spend your check at a local small business to replenish your wardrobe. ;)

We are charging a flat fee to cover our costs instead of taking a percentage of your sales. If you have questions please call Jancyn at the shop 608.492.1967!
