There is a $68 non-refundable fee upon booking your hat bar event. This insures you promote the event properly on your end- we need 10-15 people signed up or the event does not happen. It is substantial work to pack up and haul my hat bar to your location, hire someone to run the shop in Stoddard while I'm away, and travel to your location.

This fee is your investment into this ensuring it's properly advertised- without proper advertisement we may not get the 10 -15 guests we need for the event to happen. If we do get the 10-15 people then your $68 fee will get you one Vegan Wool Hat + Hat Bar or two trucker hat vouchers at your event for you to use. This also counts as one of the spots for the class.
